Senior Citizens

Meeting the critical legal needs of low-income persons age 60 or older is one of ENLS's top priorities. Areas of focus include the prevention of homelessness, elder abuse, neglect and financial exploitation. 

ENLS will also assist in will preparation, including living will and advance directives. Other services, include powers of attorney and guardianships.
